After years of ensuring digital content runs smoothly through web production and publishing operations, I discovered my true passion lies in structuring systems that empower teams.

This insight inspired me to pivot toward Salesforce Admin, a path where my attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and growing expertise in automation and AI-ready processes can directly support mission-driven organizations. I’m now working on building a foundation that bridges people, platforms, and purpose.
